Information and Assistance (I&A) is a telephone or “walk-in” service which aged and disabled persons and their family members can access to find out about programs and services available to them in their own communities and/or to get assistance with emergencies or critical situations. I&A operators can quickly refer a caller to an appropriate agency, private service provider or other resources capable of addressing their needs.
